The UP Warriors squad, which will compete in the inaugural Women’s Premier League T20 event, has named Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma as vice-captain. The tournament will take place in Mumbai from March 4 to March 26.

The Women’s Premier League T20 event, which the BCCI has arranged for the first time, will feature games between Bayborn in Mumbai and D in New Mumbai. Y. The game will take place in Patil Stadium. For this competition, the auction for female cricketers has already taken place. At the cricketers’ auction, the UP Warriors team paid Rs 2.6 crore to acquire Deepti Sharma, a 25-year-old. Alyssa Healy, an Australian, is the captain of the UP Warriors. The team’s guides are Anju Jain and John Lewis of England.
